The Next Right Move Consulting
Last updated: September 4, 2026
The Next Right Move Consulting ("TNRM," "we," "us," "our") operates the Momentum platform and provides marketing, lead capture, and operations services to home services businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we do not do with it.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers two groups of people:
Our clients. The business owners and their staff who use the Momentum platform.
Homeowners and consumers who contact one of our clients by phone, text message, or web form, and whose information passes through our platform on that client's behalf.
Information we collect
From our clients: name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, business identification numbers required for regulatory registration, website address, login credentials, and the content they create or upload in the platform.
From homeowners and consumers who contact our clients: phone number, name, email address if provided, service address or area, the description of their service request, photographs or videos they choose to upload, appointment times they select, and records of calls and text messages exchanged with the business.
Automatically: device and browser information, IP address, user agent, pages viewed, and timestamps, for security and to keep the service working.
How we use information
We use client information to provide the platform, deliver the services purchased, communicate about the engagement, and meet legal and carrier registration requirements.
We use homeowner information solely to deliver the service the homeowner requested from the business they contacted: acknowledging their inquiry, routing it to the business, scheduling appointments, and enabling the business to respond. The business that the homeowner contacted controls this information. We process it on that business's behalf.
Text messages
If you call one of our client businesses and the call is not answered, you may receive a text message from that business relating to your inquiry. The message confirms that your call was received and offers to help you schedule service.
That message may include a link you can tap to describe your job and add photos, so the business knows what you need before it calls you back. Tapping the link is optional and you are never required to use it.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and is limited. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and HELP for assistance. Opt out requests are honored immediately and permanently for that business.
We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or mobile opt in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to communicate with you about your request to that specific business.
Information we share
We share information only in these circumstances:
With the business you contacted. A homeowner's inquiry, contact details, description, photos, and appointment go to the business the homeowner reached out to. That is the purpose of the service.
With service providers who operate the platform for us, including our telephony provider, our email provider, our hosting provider, and our payment processor. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.
When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
In a business transfer, if TNRM is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep information
Client information is kept for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and record keeping purposes.
Homeowner inquiry information is kept for as long as the business we serve maintains its relationship with us, or until that business or the individual asks us to delete it, whichever comes first. Opt out records are kept permanently, because deleting them would allow messaging to resume, which is the opposite of what an opt out means.
Your choices and rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of information that is wrong, request deletion, and opt out of communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email team@tnrmconsulting.com. If your request concerns information held on behalf of one of our client businesses, we will route your request to that business and assist them in responding.
Security
We protect information with encrypted connections, access controls, isolation between clients so one business can never see another business's information, audit logging of access, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we treat information as if it were our own business at stake, because it is.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will be communicated to our clients directly.
