Momentum Local, a service of The Next Right Move Consulting, provides local marketing services per the package selected on your proposal: setup work plus month to month management.
The setup fee and first month are due at signing. Management renews monthly on your card until cancelled. Ad spend is always billed directly by the ad platforms to your own account, never through us.
Management is month to month. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice. The setup fee is earned as setup work begins and is not refundable once work has started.
No one can guarantee a specific search ranking, and we do not. We commit to the inputs, we track the outcomes, and we report the numbers.
Results depend in part on you: timely access to your accounts, photos and business information when requested, and answering the calls we generate.
Where your package includes territory exclusivity, the covered trade and territory are stated on your proposal and confirmed in writing.
Where your package includes the call response agent, calls may be answered by an AI assistant that discloses itself and records calls for quality. Emergencies are escalated to a human path.
Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
